At our windsurf station you get everything you need and we equip you with the right gear to learn Windsurfing in Sri Lanka!

At our kite- and windsurf station you get everything you need and we equip you with the right gear: For beginners, for advanced for freeride, fundboard even for kids – we have all equipments for rental!

Free training
After your windsurf course you have the possibility to train your new Windsurfing skills by yourself at the Kalpitiya Lagoon! (See the different units per course noticed as “Free training”!)
This only applies for adults – children must be supervised by an adult/parents!

Upul De Silva, one of Sri Lankan best windsurfers (long-time National Champion, Asian Games 2006), established De Silva Windresort in 2012. More than 25 years of windsurf experience, more than 10.000 students in Europe, hard work and never ending love for watersports made him succsessful!

Our staff will offer you the best service and safety on site so that you can have the most fun with your fun sport! If you need something on site, please contact our team at any time!
We also offer you an insurance service at our surf center, so that you don’t have to pay the repair costs in case of breakage.
Of course we check the equipment for your safety and learning progress every day!
