To learn kitesurfing in Sri Lanka, we recommend a suitable kitesurfing course at Kalpitiya Lagoon. As a complete beginner, you will need three to four days of intensive training to familiarize yourself with the kite and the wind. After you have successfully completed your kite course at the De Silva Kite Center, you can get the international VDWS beginner license at the kite station.
